Virtual Renovations: Digital modifications including wall/ceiling color changes, flooring updates, and cosmetic improvements
Digital Enhancements: Minor adjustments to lighting, color balance, sky replacement, and lawn improvement2. Packages and Pricing

3. Payment TermsFull payment is required upfront before work begins
All payments processed securely via Stripe
Invoices provided electronically for all transactions
Failed or reversed payments will result in immediate project suspension
Late payments may result in termination of service4. Service Delivery
TimelineStandard Delivery: Within 24 hours of payment confirmation and photo receipt (business days: Monday-Friday)
Rush Delivery: Within 12 hours of payment confirmation and photo receipt (additional fees apply)Delivery MethodFinal images delivered via email as a downloadable ZIP file

5. Client Responsibilities
Photo Submission RequirementsProvide high-resolution photos (minimum 1920x1080px recommended)
Photos must be well-lit with proper exposure
Photos must be of properties you have legal authority to market
Clearly communicate desired furniture style (Modern, Farmhouse, Transitional, Contemporary, etc.)
Provide specific instructions for any special requestsLegal Compliance and DisclosureYou (the client) are solely responsible for:Complying with all MLS, NAR, state, and local real estate advertising regulations
Disclosing that images are "Virtually Staged" or "Virtually Renovated" in all public listings, social media posts, and marketing materials
Using the watermarked versions we provide OR adding your own clear disclosure language
Ensuring buyers understand that virtually staged/renovated images are for marketing purposes onlyFailure to properly disclose virtual staging may result in:MLS violations and penalties
Legal liability and potential lawsuits
Buyer complaints and transaction disputesRylor Staging is NOT responsible for any legal consequences resulting from improper disclosure or misuse of staged images.
Proper Use of Staged ImagesStaged images are for marketing and conceptual purposes only
Virtual staging represents potential room layouts and decor
Virtual renovations are artistic renderings and do not represent the current physical condition of the property
Buyers must verify actual property condition through in-person viewing
Do not use images to misrepresent property condition, features, or defects6. Revisions and Changes
Included RevisionsOne "Style Swap" included per photo (e.g., changing Modern furniture to Farmhouse style)
Must be requested within 48 hours of delivery
Must be specific and clearly communicatedAdditional RevisionsAdditional changes beyond the included Style Swap are classified as "micro-edits" and billed at $15 each
Examples: adjusting specific furniture pieces, changing wall art, modifying lighting

Are outside the scope of virtual staging services
Are requested more than 7 days after delivery7. What We Will NOT Do (Legal Limitations)To protect you from legal liability and maintain ethical standards, we will not:Remove or hide structural damage (cracks, holes, water stains, mold, rot)
Digitally remove or conceal safety hazards or code violations
Alter property boundaries, lot lines, or add structures that don't exist
Modify load-bearing walls or represent structural changes
Remove disclosures, easements, or utility equipment
Misrepresent square footage or room dimensions
Remove or hide material defects that must be disclosed to buyersIf you request edits that could constitute misrepresentation:We will explain the legal risk
We will offer a compliant alternative solution when possible
We reserve the right to decline the request to protect both parties8. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Your Rights (Client License)Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, commercial license to use the final staged images for:MLS listings

Social media marketing
Print materials (brochures, flyers, postcards)
Presentations and open house materials

We retain the right to use anonymized before/after images for:
Portfolio and website display

We will not publicly identify property addresses without your permissionRestrictionsYou may not:Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the staged images
Claim authorship or ownership of the creative work
Use images for properties other than the one specified
Remove our watermarks from disclosure versions without permission
Use images after the property is sold (unless for past performance marketing)Original PhotosYou retain all rights to your original, unedited photos
We store originals securely for 90 days, then permanently delete them

We are not liable for MLS violations, NAR violations, buyer complaints, legal disputes, or regulatory penalties arising from improper disclosure or misuse of staged images
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including:
Lost sales or commissions
Delayed closings
Reputational harm
Lost business opportunitiesYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rylor Staging from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
11. Warranty DisclaimerServices are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:Warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Uninterrupted or error-free serviceWe do not guarantee that staged images will result in faster sales or higher prices, though this is the typical outcome when properly disclosed.
12. TerminationWe reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the agreement at any time if you:Request illegal, unethical, or misrepresentative edits
Fail to pay invoices
Violate these Terms of Service
Misuse our images or damage our reputation
Engage in abusive or harassing behavior toward our team13. Dispute Resolution
Informal ResolutionBefore filing any legal action, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt good-faith resolution.
Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law provisions.
ArbitrationAny disputes not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
14. Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
16. Entire AgreementThese Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rylor Staging regarding our services.

1. Cancellations Before Delivery
Before Work Begins (Within 2 Hours of Payment)Full refund minus Stripe processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30)

Cancellation must be received before we begin staging your photos
Work typically begins within 1-2 hours of receiving payment and photosAfter Work Has StartedNo refund available

First Revision (Included Free)One "Style Swap" included per photo at no additional charge
Examples: Changing Modern furniture to Farmhouse, Transitional to Contemporary, etc.
Must be requested within 48 hours of delivery
Must include specific, actionable feedbackSecond Revision (Included Free)If you remain unsatisfied after the first revision, we will attempt one additional revision at no charge
Must provide clear direction on what needs to change
Our goal is to make you love the final productThird Revision and Refund OpportunityIf you remain unsatisfied after three rounds of revisions, we will offer the opportunity for a 50% refund at our discretion
This demonstrates good faith effort on both sides
Decision made on a case-by-case basisRefund Will NOT Be Offered If:You simply changed your mind about needing staging services
You failed to provide specific, constructive feedback for revisions
You requested edits we legally cannot perform (damage removal, structural misrepresentation)
The issue is stylistic preference rather than quality concern
You did not respond to revision requests within 7 days3. Refund ExclusionsNo refunds will be issued for:
Technical Issues on Your EndInability to download files
Software compatibility issues with your devices
Loss of files due to your storage failure
Email delivery issues caused by your spam filtersThird-Party IssuesBuyer or seller complaints after listing goes live
MLS or brokerage violations due to improper disclosure (disclosure is client responsibility)
Negative feedback from clients' customersChange in Listing StrategyDeciding to use physical staging instead
Property taken off market
Listing cancelled or postponed
Change in listing agent or seller preferenceProjects Older Than 7 DaysRefund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
After 7 days, all sales are final4. Volume Partner and Prepaid PackagesPrepaid volume packages are non-refundable
Unused credits never expire and can be used for future listings indefinitely
No refunds on individual jobs within a volume package
Credits are non-transferable to other users5. Add-On ServicesThe following are non-refundable once delivered:Virtual renovation add-ons (wall color changes, flooring updates)
Rush delivery fees (+$30/$60/$90)

6. Refund Processing

Exception: Fraudulent charges (we will cooperate fully with fraud investigations)9. Special CircumstancesWe understand that rare situations require flexibility:Natural disasters affecting the property
Death or serious illness of the client

10. Our CommitmentAt Rylor Staging, your success is our success.We want every real estate agent and home seller to love their staged photos and feel confident marketing their listings.
